Abstract

The progress that has been made in the field of sporting competitions and public life has not been accidental; Rather, it was the product of the work of academic and scientific experts and scientists who used a scientific approach to enhance players' abilities and skills. Working with special training exercises with several stimuli and whether these training exercises with multiple stimuli develop the players or not. In addition to the above, we will look into scientific developments, training, methods, tools and modern devices to improve the skill of receiving the serve and defending the court in volleyball with the least possible effort, the least time and with high accuracy. Determination. The extent of the effect of exercise with different stimuli on the motor response time of the Najaf Al-Ashraf middle school teaching team and their ability to defend the court and receive the serve in volleyball. . Najaf Education Team players made great progress in improving their motor reaction time in their training using various stimuli. The way the exercises and training materials were set up influenced how well participants used language and improved their ability to defend the volleyball court and receive the serve. It is necessary to include exercises with diverse stimuli to help both genders acquire new abilities in volleyball and improve their accuracy when performing it, in addition to other sports skills in general.
