Abstract

The game of volleyball requires many physiological processes to accomplish strong, accurate, fast, and sudden movements, as the player needs a high and distinguished level of physical fitness, and therefore, adapting the player or bringing him to those levels of high performance requires high-level planning and coordination. Research objectives: Preparing special exercises according to steps. Volleyball smashing skill for players. Identifying the impact of specific exercises on muscle electrical activity on volleyball players' smashing ability. Because the experimental approach fit the nature of the study challenge, the researchers employed it. Additionally, they decided to use a pre- and post-test design with two equal groups—the experimental and the control. After discussing, evaluating, and presenting the data, the researchers came to the following findings: that the electrical activity of the working muscles was higher for the experimental group than the control group as a result of special exercises focusing on developing electrical activity. In light of the study carried out by the researchers, some recommendations were made that the researchers hope to benefit from as much as you can to get the following high levels in the crushing skill: Because it is based on fundamental principles, those in charge of volleyball training must understand the type of electrical and physiological activity that goes along with the performance. The anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and kinesiology related to a volleyball player's movement.
