This study aimed to conduct special exercises using the rebound force method to develop the most important physical abilities associated with the free kick skill in soccer. Therefore, the researcher decided to prepare special exercises according to the rebound force method to identify the players' physical and skill capabilities and improve these capabilities, which are considered the basis for preparing the players to carry out the skill and tactical duty and achieve victory in the match. The research problem: The researcher noticed that most of the Soran Club players lack the physical determinants while performing the free kick in football. The researcher believes that there are many influential physical determinants that lead to this weakness, some of which are related to the physical, skill, psychological or tactical aspect. Therefore, the researcher wanted to delve into this experiment by using special exercises according to the rebound force method that depends on developing the qualities of strength and speed and combining them in standardized exercises. The researcher believes that it will have a positive impact on the physical aspect, in addition to accurately developing the performance of the free kick in football. The most important goals were to identify the effect of special exercises according to the rebound force method in developing the most important physical determinants and the accuracy of the performance of the free kick in football. The researcher used the experimental method because it is compatible with the nature of the research problem. He also chose to design the method of two equivalent groups (experimental The study aimed to identify the effect of the control group on the pre- and post-tests, and the researcher chose a sample of (12) players using a simple random method (lottery). The most important conclusions were the interest in using special exercises according to the rebound force method according to scientific training foundations to raise the physical efficiency of football players. The most important recommendations were to adopt special exercises according to the rebound force method in the study within the components of the training load (intensity, volume, rest) when training physical abilities for their contribution to developing the skill performance of players
