This study aims to identify the role of internal communication in achieving organizational effectiveness in the management of sports organizations. From the perspective of modern administrative systems, internal communication in modern organizations has become a primary means of achieving the goals and objectives of all organizations. From this perspective, every sports organization must adopt an optimal communication style to manage its affairs and increase effectiveness, enabling it to adapt to the environment in which it operates, which in turn improves performance and achieves objectives. To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive approach because It is adapted to this study using a comprehensive survey sample from the Youth and Sports Directorate of the State of Sétif. It consists of 62 executives, administrative staff, and professional workers, and to obtain facts and data, a questionnaire was applied to them, and it was concluded that internal communication has a role in achieving organizational effectiveness in the management of the sports organization, and this is only possible by providing communication channels and an appropriate work atmosphere in which satisfaction prevails. In light of the results of the research, the researcher recommends conducting further studies and research in this field that would increase interest in developing the internal communication skills of heads and officials of sports organizations.
