Football is one of the sporting events that rely on basic skills as an important basis for progress and integration of the level, as all tactical aspects cannot be applied without relying on mastering the performance of skills. The basic skills in football are like the player's technique and performance with the ball and the extent of its harmony with his motor skills and proper use of it appropriately. Therefore, attention is required to prepare skills by choosing diverse and modern educational techniques. From here, the importance of the current study was evident using blended learning on first-year students at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences to expand their awareness, which is reflected in their application of skill performance and their arrival at a better level of skill performance in the game of football. Therefore, the researcher decided to prepare educational exercises using modern educational techniques represented by blended learning and conduct a field study to determine its positive effects in teaching and its impact on learning the skills of rolling and suppression in football. The study aimed to identify the effect of blended learning in learning the skills of rolling and dribbling in football for students. The researcher used the experimental method by designing two equivalent groups with a pre-test and a post-test as it is compatible with the nature of the study problem. The study community was determined by the first-year students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Kufa, for the academic year 2024/2025, numbering (148) students. The most important recommendations were that blended learning contributed effectively to learning the skills of rolling and dribbling in football for the experimental group. The most important conclusions are to benefit from blended learning in investing the time and effort spent in the educational process.
