Abstract

This study aims to identify the reality of using modern technologies in the training of athletes with disabilities. The researchers adopted a descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was administered to a sample of 30 coaches active in the field of disability sports. The findings revealed that coaches do not rely on modern technologies in the training process despite recognizing their importance. The study also highlighted several obstacles limiting their use, most notably: traditional management practices within clubs, lack of financial resources, absence of research infrastructure, limited training and specialized courses, and insufficient adaptation of devices to the specific needs of some athlete groups. The study concluded with the need to modernize management methods, provide adequate equipment and practical guidelines, and intensify continuous training. It further recommends that future research explore legislative, psychological, and social dimensions of technology use in disability sports
