The first part represents the exploratory experiment sample, which numbered (20) students, and the main experiment (30) students, with (15) students from each section, so the total sample becomes (50) students. The most important conclusions were that the students' time management skills are among the most important variables that must be relied upon in mastering the learning and performance of skills, in order to stand at a single starting point to begin the educational process by the teacher.
