Journal of Public Service Quality for Sociological and Administrative Development Studies
The Journal of Public Service Quality for Sociological and Administrative Development Studies is an international, semi-annual, double-blind peer-reviewed scientific journal. It is open-access and free of charge, published by the University of M’sila, Algeria.
The journal aims to publish original and innovative scientific studies and research that have not been previously published or derived from academic theses, in various fields of social sciences such as sociology, work psychology, human resources, management science, organizational behavior, organizational studies, legal sciences, administrative sciences, and public relations. All submissions must adhere to internationally recognized standards of scientific research methodology.
The journal accepts articles written in Arabic, English, or French, submitted by university professors, PhD students, and researchers affiliated with recognized research institutions.
As a recent publication, the journal released its first issue in 2018. It values the potential and contributions of researchers, ensuring fair and specialized peer review. Manuscripts are assigned to qualified reviewers according to their field of expertise, and review reports constitute the main criterion for acceptance or rejection. In case of conflicting review outcomes, a third reviewer is consulted for the final decision.
The journal welcomes the contributions of dedicated researchers and is committed to maintaining impartial scientific evaluation and regular, transparent publication practices.
مجلة جودة الخدمة العمومية للدراسات السوسيولوجية والتنمية الإدارية هي مجلة علمية دولية نصف سنوية، محكمة تحكيما مزدوجا سريا (Double-Blind Peer Reviewed)، مفتوحة الوصول ومجانية النشر، تصدر عن جامعة المسيلة – الجزائر.
تهدف المجلة إلى نشر الدراسات والبحوث العلمية الأصيلة والمبتكرة، التي لم تنشر من قبل ولم تستخلص من رسائل أكاديمية، في مختلف فروع العلوم الاجتماعية، مثل علم الاجتماع، علم نفس العمل، الموارد البشرية، علم المناجمنت، السلوك التنظيمي، علم المنظمات، العلوم القانونية، العلوم الإدارية، والعلاقات العامة، على أن تلتزم الأبحاث بمنهجية البحث العلمي المعترف بها عالميا. حيث تنشر المجلة الأبحاث الواردة إليها باللغات العربية، الإنجليزية والفرنسية، المقدمة من الأساتذة الجامعيين، طلبة الدكتوراه، والباحثين في المؤسسات البحثية المعترف بها.
تعد المجلة من الإصدارات الحديثة، إذ انطلق أول عدد لها سنة 2018، وتؤمن بقدرات الباحثين وتسعى إلى تثمين جهودهم عبر تحكيم متخصص وعادل. توجه الأبحاث إلى محكمين أكفاء في مجال تخصصها، وتعتبر تقارير التحكيم أساسا في قبول أو رفض المقالات. وفي حال تعارض نتائج التحكيم، يحال المقال إلى محكم ثالث للفصل النهائي. كما ترحب المجلة بمساهمات الباحثين الجادين، وتلتزم بتوفير تحكيم علمي نزيه ونشر منتظم وشفاف
