The aim of this study is find out the impact of the psychological and social professional adjustment on the effectiveness of human resources in the Algerian establishments through applying it on some of them (especially in M'sila).
this study has realised that there is An effect on the both sides of the social professional adjustment "emotional side and self-adjustment" the effectiveness of human resources, as well as the effect of the social professional adjustment with its both sides society and family ones. on the performance of human resources in the Algerian sports establishments.
