Abstract

This study aims to know the relationship between organizational development and organizational effectiveness of employees in sports management. The most important results : 1- There is a moderately direct relationship between organizational development and the social dimension of organizational effectiveness among employees in sports management. 2- There is a weak direct relationship between organizational development and the cultural dimension of organizational effectiveness among employees in sports management
