The relationship of administrative empowerment with achievement motivation among workers in the multi-sports court in the state of Souk Ahras

We aim through our study to identify whether there is a correlation between administrative empowerment and achievement motivation among the employees of the multi-sports bureau of the state of Souk Ahras, and to identify if there are statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members about administrative empowerment due to the variable of age and educational qualification, and to identify if There were statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members about positive thinking due to the variable years of experience. The researchers used the descriptive approach on a random sample of 30 workers in the multi-sports complex of the state of Souk Ahras, where the questionnaire was used.
