The effectiveness of a proposed training programme in the light of the use of video technology in the development of overwhelming offensive strike and associated physical qualities among volleyball players under the age of 17

The study aims to find the effectiveness of the proposed training programme applied to a sample of under 17 volleyball players using video technology to achieve the development of an overwhelming offensive strike skill and its associated technique. The training programme was adopted with the design oh first and second pilot samples involving under 17 volleyball players from RC Kadiria team. The first sample contained 8 players selected intentionally, to whom the researcher’s proposed internship program was applied by using video technology. The second sample contained 8 players which the proposed training programme was applied using the traditional explanation and performance method (model). After collecting and statistically processing the necessary raw data through physical and skilled testing, we have come to the conclusion that the proposed training programme is more effective and positive in developing the overwhelming offensive skill and its associated technique under stady.
