The impact of electronic management obstacles on the management of sports bodies. (A field study at the level of the Directorate of Youth and Sports of Ain Defla State)

Abstract

The study aims to know the impact of electronic management obstacles on the management of sports bodies (a field study at the level of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the state of Ain Defla), using the descriptive approach. The electronic management faces in the management of sports bodies from the point of view of the workers represented in the human factor and the technical factor. - There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance a≤0.05 for the obstacles of human electronic management, as well as for the obstacles of technical electronic management in the management of sports bodies in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the state of Ain Defla.
