The contribution of sports governance to the application of the philosophy of total quality management in sports institutions

Abstract

The development witnessed by the world in various aspects of life requires all institutions and
facilities to change and improve their management style for the better. Including sports institutions.
Therefore, this research aimed to identify the total quality governance sportive management in sports
institutions through the organizational levels, and the stages of its management and follow-up, as well as to
highlight its principles as a factor in the success of sports institutions, and to monitor the most important
obstacles and indicators of the application of governance sportive and the total quality management system
in them, and this is in light of the transformations that I have known various institutions. Which enables usto define the theoretical and technical framework for one of the most important criteria specified for the
application of total quality management within the framework of the sports institution.
