Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the contribution of various mini-game exercises in the training program to the development of the physical abilities and basic skills of football players under the age of 17. There are (20) players who are deliberately selected from the research community. The experimental approach also relies on conducting a pre-test, followed by the application of an exercise training program, followed by a post-test. The results of the analysis found that the numerous styles of mini-games presented in the training program positively contributed to the development of learned physical abilities and basic skills.
