Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effect of the proposed training units on the movement response time and its relation on the effectiveness of blocking among the middle players in volleyball. The researchers used the experimental approach to suit the purpose of the research, where a sample of 9 players was chosen. The application of the proposed units on the experimental sample, and the results concluded that there are statistically significant differences in the speed of the motor response and the blocking of the players of the experimental sample due to the proposed units. Adjusting it during the competition, in contrast to its conduct in tests or exercises.
