The contribution of job performance in the application of total quality management in sports institutions

Abstract

The study aimed at the contribution of job performance in the application of total quality management in sports institutions , Whereas, Algerian sports institutions suffer from a low level of outputs, as it has become necessary to pay attention to job performance in light of the application of total quality management ,To achieve this, the study was conducted on a sample of (30) employees, with a total of (40) employees in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in "M’sila”, Where the descriptive approach was followed, And the use of a questionnaire as a tool for data collection ,The results showed that senior management and to achieve employee satisfaction Contribution to the application of total quality management in sports institutions
