Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the exercises suggested in children’s athletics competitions on the development of leg strength among a group under 13 years of age. The study population included clubs in the state of M’sila, and the research sample consisted of 12 trainees from the Shababiba Sidi Hamla Athletics Club using the intentional method. We relied on the experimental approach with a single group design and physical tests, and the study concluded that there is an effect of the exercises suggested by children’s athletics competitions on the development of leg strength
