Abstract

The research aimed to identify the level of the personal traits of the sports coach, the psychological energy of players in some individual and team sports, the differences in each of them depending on the variable type of game, the relationship between the personal traits of the coach and the psychological energy of the players in some individual and team sports. It was conducted on a sample consisting of (145) players were identified randomly, and the descriptive approach was used. The researcher concluded that the level of the personal characteristics of the sports coach according to the game type variable was low. There were statistically significant differences attributed to the game type variable and in favor of team sports coaches. The level of psychological energy of the players was... With a high degree in some axes and some with a low degree, there are no statistically significant differences in the psychological energy axes, and there is no correlation between the personal characteristics of the sports coach and the psychological energy of the players in some individual and team games.
