Uses of digital technology in developing human resource performance to produce competitive sports programs - In light of media openness in Algeria

Abstract

The study aimed to know the extent of the use of digital technologies in the production of radio sports programs and to know the extent of control of its human resources over these technologies, based on the study problem that focused on the uses of digital technology in developing the performance of human resources to produce competitive sports programs in Radio Algeria from M'Sila? The study relied on a comprehensive survey (15 employees) using a questionnaire form to collect data to reach the following result: To produce competitive sports programs, the human resource in the radio must use digital technology that keeps pace with developments, and it must be supported by modern human, technical and financial resources, and it is necessary to invest in training existing human resources to adapt to new technology.
