The effect of a motor activity program on school-aged children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

This study aims to evaluate the impact of a physical activity program on improving attention and concentration in children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (TDAH), as well as to determine the program's effectiveness in reducing hyperactive and impulsive behaviors and to explore its effect on enhancing the social interaction levels of these children. An experimental approach with a pre-test and post-test design was employed, utilizing attention and concentration assessment tools such as the Continuous Performance Test (CPT) and the Conners' Rating Scales (CRS). The sample consisted of 6 children diagnosed with TDAH, selected from a local school. The results indicated that the physical activity program had a significant effect in reducing hyperactive and impulsive behaviors, suggesting its effectiveness in this aspect. Additionally, while no significant effect was observed on attention and concentration
