Sport is a vital human activity, and almost every society incorporates some form of sport. It is a social reality that touches all segments of society, especially after the rapid advancements made possible by scientific research that has impacted all aspects of sports, aiming to develop them and improve the performance of athletes. Therefore, in recent years, we have witnessed a significant increase in student participation in educational programs and sports competitions. This has been accompanied by the development of educational science, whose theories have adopted new approaches to keep pace with modern trends in physical education and sports classes. These trends encompass play, skill and technical performance, tactical movements, and high physical abilities. To fulfill all the requirements of play in physical education and sports classes and achieve their objectives, it is worth discussing the contributing factors, such as conditions and resources, both material and human. Undoubtedly, the availability and proper use of resources is essential and a key factor in the progress and development of nations. This is of paramount importance and has a significant impact on the success of educational programs, particularly physical education classes, which require equipment, facilities, halls, and sports venues, in addition to training centers and schools that nurture talented individuals and guide them to international levels. The world of sports is constantly evolving in European countries as a result of the full utilization of resources and the provision of suitable conditions for physical education classes of all kinds.
