Abstract

In our contemporary world, administrative decisions have become a clear and purposeful tool for measuring success or failure in achieving goals; they are the primary function of managers. Therefore, their decisions must be effective, significant, accurate, and rational. The concept of decision-making has gained exceptional importance in various fields, and the sports field is among those that require such managers, who bear numerous tasks and responsibilities that necessitate decisive and sound decisions. This study aimed to highlight the role of administrative decision-making in sports clubs and its impact on administrative management, clarify the relationship between the decision-making process and managerial performance, and understand how the managers of the ES Chlef women's volleyball team make decisions. The descriptive approach was adopted, and the study sample consisted of nine managers who responded to a questionnaire prepared for this purpose. Through data analysis, we concluded that the team's managers rely on scientific criteria and principles for making administrative decisions, which contribute to improving administrative management.
