Job Title: Master's Degree in Physical Education, PhD Candidate in the Curriculum and Instruction Department (Karate). University: Alexandria University. Abstract: This study aims to activate the role of school sports and socialization through programs that protect youth from modern deviance using modern technology. It also aims to activate the role of electronic programs and utilize them in youth development, avoiding extremism and promoting their optimal use for beneficial purposes while avoiding what is known as digital stimulants. Importance of the Study: The importance of this study stems from its relevance to contemporary issues, particularly those concerning youth, within the context of the spread of terrorism, the proliferation of groups and sects, current events, the Arab Spring revolutions, and events on a global scale, especially in the Arab world. A- Scientific Significance: The study's significance lies in its modern approach to activating sports programs in a digital format through social media platforms and virtual spaces. It utilizes codes and coding (barcodes, QR codes) in interactions within programs designed to address youth behavior or conduct case studies. This includes the use of online discussion strategies and social media. B- Practical Significance: The second stage of the study's importance lies in its application. This involves employing scientific principles of validity, reliability, and objectivity to guide the study's practical procedures, its implementation, and the development of results and recommendations for scientific benefit. This application aims to enhance youth protection from delinquency, develop athletic skills, improve young people's thinking, and identify the role of these programs (both athletic and social) in addressing and improving certain behavioral and intellectual deviations among youth. It also seeks to steer clear of the modern-day "digital stimulants" and emphasizes the necessity of integrating physical and athletic activities into therapeutic programs within specialized centers. Furthermore, it presents a field experience that can serve as a model for pedagogical frameworks. Rehabilitation centers. Understanding the effectiveness of competitive sports activities for youth within rehabilitation centers and public schools. The importance of sports and social development: A significant role in developing the modernization system for curricula, striving to improve teaching and learning processes, and linking the curriculum to the psychological, social, intellectual, cognitive, and psychomotor inclinations of school students. This involves avoiding excessive content in the curriculum, developing teaching and learning methods, steering clear of destructive ideas, and integrating sports with socialization through the work of student counselors and social workers in developing and implementing therapeutic and guidance programs, both short-term and long-term, depending on the severity of the deviant behavior (behavioral or intellectual).
