Abstract

The two researchers proposed a training program based on fundamental scientific and sound standards, in which certain physical and motor skills and gymnastics directly benefit the execution of floor movements across all scientific and practical aspects of development. Targeting the aforementioned age group, they also sought to understand the cause-and-effect relationship and the extent of its power and limitations. This program combines physical and motor skills with performance and artistic movements, using modern methods to measure both the physical and skillful aspects of these qualities. The experimental approach was employed in their study on a sample of high-level (elite) gymnastic athletes from an Algerian school, with the aim of disseminating the results to elite athletes specializing in this discipline of gymnastics.
