Abstract

The success of any professional sports project, whether in football or other team and individual sports, requires a confluence of factors, including funding, sports facilities, highly competent managers and administrators, and top-level coaches. It also necessitates institutes and universities that study and research every aspect of the field, providing training and development for those directly and indirectly involved in sports. Perhaps the most important factor contributing to the success of any professional project, and one we will focus on, is training in the sports field, and particularly in football, given that football is the sport that entered the professional arena in Algeria. Systematic and scientific training is fundamental to creating generations capable of competing and keeping pace with the developments in various societies and countries. In the sports field, we must develop athletes who are advanced in all aspects: physical, technical, tactical, psychological, theoretical, and ethical. These qualities must be integrated within each athlete, enabling them to overcome difficulties, adapt to challenging circumstances, and find solutions to problems encountered during athletic performance.
