Abstract

Title of study: obstacles of Applying Electronic Management at the institutes of physical education
and sport from the point of view of administrators - Field study at the Institute of Science and
Techniques of physical and sports activities at the University of Souk Ahras.
Study problem:
What are the obstacles Applying Electronic Management at the Institute of Science and Technology of
physical and sports activities from the point of view of administrators?
Objectives of the study :
- Identify the technical obstacles to Applying Electronic Management at the institute.
- Identify the organizational obstacles to Applying Electronic Management at the institute.
- Identifying the human obstacles to Applying Electronic Management at the institute . -
Suggest some solutions to facilitate the application of electronic management institutes of science and
technology of physical activities and sports.
Study Hypotheses:
General Hypothesis:
There are technical, organizational and human obstacles to Applying Electronic Management at the
institute in the Institute of Science and Technology of physical and sports activities.
Partial Hypotheses:
1- There are technical obstacles that hinder the application of electronic administration in the Institute.
2 - There are organizational obstacles that hinder the application of electronic administration Institute.
3 - There are human obstacles that hinder the application of electronic administration Institute..
-Methodology: Due to the nature of the subject, the researcher adopted the descriptive approach in
his study.
- The study population: 16 Administrators working in Institute of Science and Technology of
physical activities and sports at the University of Souk Ahras.
- Study Sample: The study sample consisted of 14 administrators of the Institute of Science and
Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities at Souk Ahras University
