Our study of the visually impaired, and considering that sighted individuals can recognize their external environment to fulfill their needs and natural roles related to their age, gender, and various characteristics, revealed that people with visual impairments, particularly the blind, face significant difficulties in mobility, adaptation, and movement while practicing goalball (goalball) as an adapted sport, due to sensory impairment affecting their sense of sight. Therefore, we developed adapted training modules to measure the impact of this adapted and targeted sporting activity on improving some basic skills among blind female goalball players in Mostaganem. Analysis of the pre- and post-test results for both the control and experimental groups demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed adapted training modules for the experimental group compared to the training provided to the control group.
