Abstract

God created man in the best form and in the best image, and for reasons known only to the Creator, He may deprive man of one or more of these blessings, whether few or many. The deprivation of one of these many blessings is, in reality, a kind of disability, and a disabled person is one who has been deprived of the function of one of the vital organs of his body as a result of illness, injury, or heredity. As a result, they become unable to fulfill their needs. Human beings are a sign of God Almighty, endowed with extraordinary abilities and latent talents. In recent years, the field of education for people with special needs has received considerable attention. This attention is due to the growing conviction in different societies that people with special needs have the right to life and to grow to the fullest extent of their abilities and potential. Today, the progress of nations is measured by what they offer to people with special needs to help them reach their true potential and develop it to the best of their ability. Therefore, through the Universal Declaration of Education for All, the international community has committed various countries to providing the basic learning needs that people with disabilities require in order to survive, develop all their abilities, live and work with dignity, contribute effectively to the development process, and improve their quality of life. and to take the necessary decisions to ensure equal educational opportunities for all categories of persons with disabilities as part of the education system. Since ancient times, humans have recognized the positive value of exercise as a treatment for illness and disability, as physical movement has an effective impact on pain relief. and plays a role in treating many diseases at different stages of life for both healthy and disabled people.
