Causes of job burnout among public relations employees of the sports company

Abstract

The descriptive approach was used that it describes the subject of the study and accurately describes it. This is done by collecting sufficient information and then verifying the information gathered about the subject of the study with accurate description and analysis with good results based on the previously formulated and specified circumstances in order to extract instructions with good results. We have conducted a survey at the level of sports companies in Algeria, where 45 questionnaires were distributed to the community as a whole. 35 have been recovered Questionnaire The questionnaire of our study consists of two axes, each axis corresponds to a partial hypothesis of the hypotheses that are presented as alternative solutions to questions. The study concluded that there are work pressures in the sports company for public relations employees and it can be a source or a cause of job burnout. Job dissatisfaction was not high in relation to his approach to the level of job burnout. The study can crystallize recommendations which are the necessity of creating a good work environment with positive relationships within the sports company, contributing and participating in decision-making, paying attention to incentives to avoid job burnout, assessing job satisfaction, and working to enhance its indicators objectively and discover weaknesses and shortcomings in the sports company
