Study Genetic in Preparing the Future Sports Elite _ Field of Study in Some Algerian Football Academies_

Abstract

The current study aims to identify the reality of Algerian football academies in terms of examination
and diagnosing of genetic in their raw states for the preparation of future sports elites, which can be seen in
this study as an important starting point for the process of investing in environmental factors in terms of sports

elite creation in football. For the record, an athlete who plays a sport late and instinctively is considered a bad
investment in environmental factors, we studied a sample of 51 sports coaches, using the descriptive analytical
approach to provide a scientific diagnosis and reveal the course of examination and diagnosis of athletic gene,
as it is in Algerian sports football academies. We also used the questionnaire method to collect data for our
study. The results of the latter concluded that the early diagnosis of hereditary genes does not meet scientific
criteria, while physical and morphological attributes tests are the most widely used; as for psychological and
mental preparations tests, they exist, but they are not conducted in a scientific manner in Algerian football
academies. The study also recommends the need for prior detection of sporting talents at an early stage of the
player’s life using scientific methods and means of testing and evaluation; not to mention the training of
specialists responsible for detecting them
