Abstract

This study aimed to identify the relationship between technical, administrative, and financial standards for the use of modern electronic management and the efficiency of employee performance. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers adopted the descriptive approach. Where the study population consisted of all the sports complexes managers of the willayas of Bordj Bou Arréridj and M’sila, who numbered 44 managers. In the light of these data, we can determine the research sample. It is the cadastral sample, where the total sample amounted to 04 managers in the multi-sports bureau and its units, and the office of youth institutions and sports vehicles belonging to the two willayas. The researchers used the questionnaire form tool, Among the most important finding ; There is strong positive correlation between the technical standards of modern electronic management and the efficiency of the performance of employees, -There is a weak correlation between the administrative standards of modern electronic management and the efficiency of the performance of workers. The efficiency of personnel performance from the viewpoint of sports complexes managers in the willayas of Bordj Bou Arréridj and M’sila.
