The study aims to reveal the nature of the relationship between psychological hardness and the quality of professional competencies among of physical education teachers. The researcher used the descriptive method, due to its relevance to the subject of the study. The sample of the study consisted of (56) professor of physical education and sports. The researcher used the psychological hardness Scale and the professional competency quality questionnaire. The results of the study of psychological harshness and its relation to the professional pressures of physical education teachers have shown that there are: -A positive correlation between the elements of psychological toughness in general and the quality of the professional competencies of the teachers of physical education and sports
