The importance of smart universities in improvingtheir performance, says Times Higher Education:Oxford Universityexperience in the period"2019_2011"

Abstract

This study aims to identify the role that smart university experience contributes to achieving leading positions in the Times Higher Education Magazine by focusing on the experience of Oxford University, which has been the world leader since 2017 to the present day.To achieve the goal of the study, the theoretical frameworks associated with the Smart University and The Times Of Higher Education, were initially presented to be moved to the applied side by presenting the order and drip of Oxford University according to the Times Higher Education Journal from 2011 to 2019, and trying to rely on The simple linear regression that assumes linear relationship is based on the method of micro-squares to extract the regression model, and here the spss program was relied upon and the study found the effect of the experience and seniority of Oxford University in its drip and ranking globally according to the Times Journal of Higher Education.
