Abstract

        In light of the conditions of insecurity and chaos sweeping societies, it is possible that mathematical deviation has reached the exclusion of the other, marginalizing it and even physically filtering it in some cases. In the shadow of the authoritarian state, or the state of exception, as stated by the American scientist Agamben, in an author: State of exception, sport remains the one that unites hearts and peoples, and for this we need a knowledge revolution in sport and that our athletes are aware of the importance and greatness of the role they have in their representation For their countries in the external championships And this is done by spreading the sports culture among the sports community from the player, coach, administrator and sports official through seminars, conferences and lectures that precede any external or internal championship, and there should be deterrent penalties against anyone who offends himself and for sport through eating stimulants is not retaliation From him, but to preserve the honor of competition.

In our research, we will address the sociology of sport through a set of social theories, as well as the aspects of social deviation in the athletic milieu, as well as the factors and reasons that lead to social deviation, and finally how to achieve mathematical culture through a set of recommendations
