The role of leadership in local Collectivities in Algeria: An introduction to wealth creation processes

Abstract

Actually the process of leadership plays an important role in the process of creating wealth, which is not only in local communities or collectivities, but in all institutions and organizations of the country. Whether these institutions are profitable or non-profit, they must have a leader at their head. Then, we cannot imagine a body without a head.In this study, we will address an important and sensitive issue, which is how leadership in local communities in Algeria plays an essential role in the process of wealth creation and development of local units. In conclusion, the study concludes that human affairs require many and varied measures and plans, most important of which is reforming mentalities and empowering technical expertise and the desire for investigation, we mean the obligation to build the notion of need of achievement. AndThis cannot happenonly through the strongest personality of the leader who manages matters with knowledge, wisdom and experience.
