Abstract

Since ancient times, writers have been discussing and analyzing the concept of "state"because at every historical stage of human civilization's development, this concept hasbeen witnesseda great transformation. This is clearly evident in the evolution of relations between states through the phenomena of war and peace, where states emerge and others disappear, organizations rise and others collapse. Although these pillars of the state are merely mechanisms and universal standards for judging the sovereignty of these entities. In reality, we find that these pillars are changing, especially in the digital age. At the forefront of these pillars is the principle of sovereignty used illegally by the great powers. Since the foundation of the United Nations, this fundamental pillar witnessed more violations. Indeed, this situation has worsened in the age of artificial intelligence, which has given rise to new mechanisms that threaten state sovereignty, especially at the light of the spread of globalization and the collapse of values, and under the dominance of western liberal values and the system of excessive force to achieving interests, these values are based only on one principle, which is Darwin’s law of jungle principle of survival of the fittest
