Abstract

    The registration of some Algerian female students in the field of medicine during the period of the French occupation had an important role, especially after the outbreak of the Algerian liberation revolution, Their first start was, especially in the field of paramedics, as large numbers of them graduated from nurse training schools, especially with the beginning of the fifties of the twentieth century, The doctor will have a major role in organizing and developing the health sector of the National liberation Army, despite the simplicity of the means and treatment possibilities.
