Studies related to the activities of the communist movement remain limited at the local level in the historical writings, in view of what was written about the Algerian Communist Party at the national level, and the local historical research in general still encounters many difficulties, because the communist thought did not receive the response of the general public, especially the activists. Politicians, except within the framework of what concerns the concerns and problems of the local population on the one hand, and on the other hand, many French reports do not disclose the reality of national action in the interior regions, such as Bordj Bou Arreridj or M’sila, which was carried out by local elites belonging to various well-known political trends, which She took upon herself the burden of local concern and concern in the face of the local colonial authority that was represented by the mixed municipalities and their aides.
