Abstract

De Gaulle's arrival to power after the 13May 1958 rebellion posed a great challenge by targeting the logistical rules of the Algerian liberation revolution, through the carrot and stick policy that he pursued towards Algeria, and drying up the sources of the revolution by besieging them internally and externally under terrible psychological pressure, and he followed this with a number of economic, social and political temptation projects, Similar to the project of separating the desert, which had dire repercussions for the Algerian liberation revolution, in the third region of the fifth state as a model picture from the rest of the target desert regions, the latter we will discuss and study in this research paper
