The Tijāniyyah and its Relationship to the Ottoman Regime through the Writings of Louis Marie Rinn

Abstract

The Tijāniyyah way is considered as one of the most important and widespread religious ways in Algeria as it IS an Algerian way(order-TAriqqa).that made it of great interest to the French ,among the pioneers of the research field in the anthropological area is Louis Rinn who presented historical researches on the local community from an orientalist view. Through this study we will try to highlighten the Western view especially what Louis Rinn had written about the Tijāniyyah from a political aspect towards the Ottoman system.
