The article addresses the trade relations between the Nasrid kingdom and Aragon through political treaties and geographical sources, at the period where the Nasrid kingdom enjoyed many essential ingredients that made it disavow dependence on the Kingdom of Castile, as it was looking for a partner with a predominantly trade nature .Therefore, this study attempts to show the circumstances in which these treaties were concluded in the light of a Christian-Islamic struggle over the sea outlets, especially the aspect related to the trade provisions that are related to traders , their safety and security, and whatever is obligatory upon them. Furthermore, the study illustrates how the agreements concluded opened the trade routes, so that the Kingdom of Nasrid achieves its requests in exporting silk and Malacian ceramics, and how Aragon realized its ambitions to compete with Genoa through the ports of the Nasrid Kingdom on the trade routes of the Islamic Maghreb countries and the city of Alexandria until it becomes the seas empire.
