discipline and punishement according to Ibn Toumert through the book “Akhbar Al-Mahdi” by Al-Baydaq (Died: 555 H?)

Abstract

As each country destined for her to withstand adversity we find out that it has a punitive system that protects and strengthens its entity. And in an attempt   to understand the nature of the disciplinary system of the founder of the Muhammadan State Ibn Tumart we tried to study EL Mehdi book by its author AL- Bydaq which is one of the first source that provided us with information about the starting points of the Muhammadan State ; following up on any incident related to punishment and discipline avoiding falling into the trap of historian's ideologies.
