Abstract

This study highlights the cultural role of the Andalusian woman in Muluk al Tawaif   Era. The study aims to identify the contributions of The Andalusian woman to enrichment of the Andalusian's culture. The study followed historical analytical method. The study concluded that: during the fifth century "AD"/the eleventh century "CE", Andalusian women had leading role in the Andalusian culture. They have actively   participated in advancement of religious sciences, linguistics, art, and poetry. Poetry was the one of the most important field for the Andalusian woman, they had distinguished contributions to both rhyme and narration.
