Abstract

I seek through the completion of this article to highlight the tremendous efforts made by Muslim leaders with the beginning of the Islamic conquest movement (1st century AH/ 7th century AD) in order to establish lasting peace in the territory of Armenia. In fact, this great concern from the Muslims is due to what this Asian part represents of great strategic importance, as it is an important link in the Islamic-Rumi conflict, and it has become necessary to ensure security and on the Armenian side. chose a treaty in the year (33 AH/ 653 AD), because of its paramount importance in establishing the policy of Islamic region of Armenia.
