Abstract

There was a historical relationship between the Maghreb and Mashreq which back to 1920s.suddenly they felt the need to pay attention to the entire Arabic And Palestinian region. The idea of establishing an office for Maghreb in Egypt was not created consequently paved the way to many intellectual and organizational activities of expatriate youths to compassionate for their landhome.that represents a great manifestation of coordinated incarnation of the unitary idea. But got failure. Therefore the leaders then called for another strategy to strengthen the Moroccan unity that had been strengthened after1948war and its establishment of the Maghreb Liberation Army.
