problematic of the Evident and the Immanent between Sufis and Muslim Jurists During the middle and the modern ages

Abstract

The problem of the Evident and the Immanent has had difference spots between Sufis and Jurists. Muslim Jurists have supported the clear Evident that can be remarked, proved and understood. In the other hand; Sufis have supported the invisible Immanent that can be found out by the tasting experience and revealing. The relationship between them took, sometimes, the shape of appeasement; but it, often, turns into a real conflict. This study aims to highlight the nature of this confrontation, its reasons and main consequences.
