Techniques and means of hunting Roman through mosaics preserved in some Algerian museums

Abstract

Hunting is one of the most important activities that were practiced by the Romans in the North of Africa, and they Immortalize it in their artwork such as Mosaic, and this article highlighted the types of wild animals that interest of the Roman as, the reasons for their interest in, and referred to the ways and means used by the Romans hunters in different regions of Algeria through some mosaics preserved in some museums of Algeria.

He also talks about the fate of the animals that were hunting, the impact of hunting on the ancient Maghreb, as well as the value of hunting by the Romans.
