Abstract

This study aims to highlight the role of digitization in preserving manuscripts and reconstituting their meaning within the digital space, as well as to analyze the contribution of digital anthropology in approaching the manuscript as a dynamic cultural element that contributes to the reinforcement of identity and collective memory. The study concludes with several key findings, foremost among them that digitization has transcended the function of mere physical preservation to become a cultural and epistemic tool that has revitalized manuscripts and expanded the scope of their reception and interpretation, thereby strengthening their role in the construction of collective memory in the digital age.
