Abstract

This study attempts to prove the agricultural print of Andalusians, and the extent of its influence in the West, that by exploiting historical facts, especially when quoting of Western writings in the study; In this context we treat by study and analysis the work of Camilo Álvarez de Morales entitled Andalusian agronomists and their legacies. This study attempts to investigate the various historical materials contained in the book, in order to know the most important theoretical and practical achievements of the Andalusian Muslims in the world of agricultural activity in Al-Andalus. From it, we try to draw important conclusions, which will allow the researcher to highlight the Andalusian agrarian heritage, whose effects still remain to this day, in this case we can indicate the scientific linguistic terms of the Spanish dictionary, add to that effect in the kitchen and diet, without forgetting the new irrigation methods.
